White water activities are inherently dangerous. Before using any boat or inflatable boat in white water or moving river, get proper training in the type of craft you will be using and for the river you will be boating. Always wear an approved personal flotation device while on the water.

LIMITED WARRANTY

 

Inflatable Raft Limited Warranty

 

Supermoon Lifestyles, LLC. Warranties this product to be free from functional defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years under normal private boaters use, and for (1) year under normal commercial outfitter use.

 

Issues or damage determined to be strictly cosmetic such as small bubbles between layers of the raft or bottom fabric or damage from wear, abrasion, punctures, cuts, items involved in accidents, items damaged in whitewater mishaps, excessive UV damage, abnormal abuse, neglect and/or inappropriate storage, and other unreasonable uses, are not covered under this warranty. This warranty can be voided if the boat is structurally altered or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the fabric and/or accessories.

 

If any functional/ non-cosmetic defects should be found call us at 870-243-3383 and we will issue you a return authorization number so the product can be returned for repair or replacement of the faulty part at Supermoon Lifestyles, LLC’s discretion.

 

Supermoon Lifestyles LLC. Reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with current models when necessary.  Colors may vary between original and replacement parts.

 

Shipping charges to and from the repair facility are not covered under this warranty.

 

The performance of rafts is due to many factors outside of our control. There are no warrantees which extend beyond the description of the face hereof.  

 

Supermoon Lifestyles, LLC. Shall not be held liable for incidental and consequential damages.
